Dr. Langlais has presented over 500 courses and lectures in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology and other topics all over the world. Currently most of his presentations are on the subject of cone beam CT.

Dr Langlais is a Professor Emeritus at the University of Texas Health Science Center Dental School and is currently completing his research in Radiological Sciences for a PhD degree at the University of the Western Cape in Capetown South Africa. He has made more than 550 presentations on all continents of the world, published 120 scientific papers and 11 first edition textbooks on the subjects of Oral Medicine and Dental Radiology. Dr. Langlais will share his thoughts and research on the utility,
convenience and superiority of panoramic bitewings and periapicals which are made possible using Specific Panoramic machines. Some of these panoramic s can be later converted to CBCT/3D. He will finish up with several CBCT cases to illustrate CBCT’s unique utility in various common but perplexing clinical situations.
